Many families (and friends of families) are attempting to discern God’s leading for their children’s education. Thus, the Adult Discipleship team in conjunction with the pastors and church staff are sponsoring a forum this Sunday, October 15th, on “Navigating School Choice” from 5:00-6:30 p.m. in Beard Hall.
We will have Westminster members, representing five types of school options, share strengths and challenges of the various venues: public schools (James Galvin), charter schools (Tim Hurley), private schools (Leigh Moran), private Christian schools (Karen Cauthen), and home schooling (Elizabeth Chen). John Austin will moderate. There will be plenty of time for Q&A. Childcare and refreshments will be provided.
