God invites each of us into His life in Christ, no matter our age. The vision of our Third Third ministry is to engage, encourage, and equip (E³) covenant partners of Westminster who are in, or entering into the “third season” of life (60+ years). My prayer is that this ministry would foster fellowship and community to those who participate, and that through learning together and from one another, we might continue to experience full, fruitful, and faithful lives as we respond to God’s call on our lives.

Our next Third Third gathering will be Sunday, February 16th at 5:30 in Beard Hall. The subject for this gathering will be on Remembering and Gratitude. Have you ever noticed how many times God tells us to remember in Scripture? Remember that your were slaves in Egypt and that the Lord brought you out. Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy. Remember the Creator in the days of your youth. Why do you think God calls us to remember? I believe it is because it is when we intentionally stop and remember all that God has done in first loving us and saving us, we once again remember whose we are and who we are and what we are here for.
We will have a special speaker, Courtenay Miller, who will share with us some of his wisdom on experiencing financial wellness as a result of living our lives in gratitude in this season of our lives.
The dinner will be catered from Midwood Smokehouse, so please bring your appetites! Please respond below as to your attendance. The event is free but if you are able to make a contribution for the dinner we would welcome it.
